Saturday appointments and those after 6:30pm Mon-Fri are pre-booked only. There are no emergency appointments available at these times.
If you feel you need an urgent appointment which cannot wait until the surgery phone lines reopen (Monday-Friday at 8am), please call NHS 111.
Our contracted phone line opening times are in core NHS hours (8am-6:30pm, Monday to Friday).
Online booking, as well as the automated booking feature on our phone systems (which can also be used to cancel appointments), will remain accessible outside these hours.
If you need help when we are closed
Wandsworth’s out of hours service does not offer walk-in appointments. Access to the service is, instead, via the national NHS 111 call line.
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. You need to ring 111 if you need help for a child under 5 (online services not available).
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
The Coral Mental Health Crisis Hub is an alternative place of safety to the Emergency Department for mental health emergencies. The service is based at Springfield University Hospital and you can be referred to the hub via the mental health support line. Call the mental health support line on 0800 028 8000 for a referral to the hub or email CoralCrisisAssessmentHubTeam@swlstg.nhs.uk.
