A new GP contract is asking us to review our Enhanced Access offer from October. Our Primary Care Network will now organise delivery of this service. Your views are needed to help us understand how best we can improve your access to healthcare appointments.
We are mindful that, whilst access is important, patients also value continuity of care. We aim to adopt a model which ensures that you are seen by your regular doctor at your registered site wherever possible but need to be sure that this is what patients want.
